Part of a forty-year anniversary compilation of Stryper's epic album, "To Hell With The Devil", Becoming Sons shines with their version of "Calling On You".
The compilation, put out by Roxx Records includes some of Christian metals rising stars. It was an honor for the band to be selected on this project.

hark! the herald angels scream

Becoming Sons released, "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing" for the same reason you may be thinking. Are there any heavy melodic versions of this song? No? Okay. Then it's settled.
Don't worry the band has another Christmas song to record in the future.
"Hark!" also went to the number one spot on CMW's Christmas Charts in competition with of all things CCM stars.
It was also a part of the Resurrection Records compilation, "A Resurrection Records Christmas"

In the spring of 2020, released independently, something unexpected happened, "Illuminate" blew up on the charts. It was a breakout single for Becoming Sons, reaching the No. 1 spot on Christian Music Weekly's Loud/Metal Chart for sixteen straight weeks.
Six years later, it's still in rotation.

Released November 4, 2018
Released November 4th of 2018, this is where it all started. 'Flesh To Death'
The very first single to actually hit the airwaves was "Slaves" and even though the band is from Texas, it was first given a shot in Wisconsin on 91XFM. The rest is history.
Soon after on streaming, "Because You Were The Lamb" started gaining notoriety and has become a mosh pit staple during live performances and fan favorite.
